FAVOLUNE is operated by 株式會社灝峰(香港)有限公司 (CR No. 2228656). Provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure you are entitled to make the transaction, with guardian consent where required. A custom enquiry is a request for a quote and does not charge you.
Products & handmade details
Your purchase includes the display scene described on the product page and in your confirmed quote. Anime badges, figures and collectibles shown in the separate gallery are not included; their rights belong to their respective owners. Photos do not imply official licensing or affiliation. Minor handmade variations may occur, without removing our responsibility for quality and conformity with the description.
Prices & payment
Prices and PayPal payments are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Other currencies are daily reference estimates; PayPal or your bank may use different exchange rates and fees. Check the specification, points discount, shipping and total before paying. We arrange production after payment and specification confirmation. If there is a material pricing error or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you about a correction or refund, rather than charge an unapproved extra amount.
Customisation & production
Colours, dimensions, decorations, included accessories and extra fees must be agreed before production. Handmade orders normally dispatch approximately 7–15 days after payment and specification confirmation; transit time is additional. Special custom work follows the agreed schedule. We will contact you if delays require a revised arrangement.
Shipping & import charges
Delivery fees depend on destination and quantity, and are displayed on product, bag and payment pages; destinations without a standard rate require a quote. Kwun Tong pickup has no shipping fee and requires an appointment; location and time are confirmed for the order. Orders ship from Hong Kong/overseas. Buyers are responsible for any destination import duties, taxes and clearance fees; we do not add a flat Japanese 10% tax. Check your PayPal delivery address. Changes after dispatch may be restricted by the carrier and incur extra costs.
Changes, cancellations & problems
Member orders can be cancelled in My account before PayPal payment starts. For changes or cancellation after payment, email us promptly so we can assess the production stage, agreed specification and applicable rights. For damage, an incorrect item or a product not as described, send your order reference and photos and retain the item and packaging while we arrange the next steps. Repair, replacement or refund is agreed for the circumstances. These terms do not exclude mandatory return, refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.
Using the website
Do not impersonate others, interfere with payments, abuse points or seek unauthorised access. Respect rights in our content, photos and branding. Maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt service. If payment status is unclear, contact us before paying again.
Updates & contact
Changes are dated on this page and do not retrospectively add costs or remove agreed rights from confirmed orders. Contact info@favolune.com about questions or disputes. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
